the staff were very friendly and helpful. we asked if there was a room available with a walk-in shower and they provided a complimentary upgrade. the meals were delicious and service was also excellent. i appreciated the prompt attention and warm atmosphere.
the breakfast menu was somewhat brief.

The gym included updated equipment. I saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The spa area featured a great pool. It had twenty loungers. A shaded section was available.
The room service menu was limited after 10 PM. Choices are very few for late-night dining.

The gym had a treadmill. This met my basic expectations.
The bar service was disappointing. The barman ignored my request to change the channel. i ordered food and received no cutlery or napkins. the bar grew busy, and staff seemed overwhelmed.

The gym includes two treadmills and several weight machines. Breakfast includes fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. The food was AMAZING!!! The spa offers various treatments including massages, facials, and body wraps. I liked that the front desk staff offered quick and helpful assistance with directions.
I noticed that the television remote in my room needed new batteries.

Beyond Expectations!
warm welcome helpful introduction superb meal attentive staff
Our room was fantastic. We were given a warm welcome at the reception. We received a thorough introduction to all the amenities, so helpful. The spa was very nice, and ordering drinks there was such a treat! I used the steam room, hot room, hot tub, and chill lounge with great pleasure. We enjoyed a superb three-course meal in the bar, with attentive service and delicious food!
